We want you to love your sleep, which is why we offer a 120-night risk-free trial on all Bear mattresses to ensure it's the perfect fit for your home. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 30-day break-in period, we provide a hassle-free return and full refund process.

Return Process

  30-Night Adjustment

  We ask that you sleep on your new Bear mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to properly adjust to the premium support and cooling materials.

  Initiate a Request

  If you still feel the mattress isn't right for you, contact our sleep specialists via email or our online portal within your 120-night trial window.

• 3.
  Removal and Donation

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Full Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically processed within 7-10 business days.
